The machine structure consists of a top and bottom beams connected by two fabricated pillars. The top beam houses a hydraulic cylinder that generates the required clamping force and also withstands the reaction force developed during bore sealing testing. The bottom beam houses a movable bed which travels outside over which the valve can be loaded. The bed then travels inside and the valve is sealed by the top hydraulic cylinder.
