Multistation Valve Test Rigs


The test bench structure consists of two fixed beams and one moving plate driven by a single screw rod with one end connected to the fixed beam on RH side and the other end connected to the moving plate. The two fixed beams are connected by two stationary columns over which the moving plate is guided. The screw rod is driven by a hydraulic motor connected by gears. This movement is used to adjust the distance between the sealing faces according to the face to face distance of various sizes of valves. If hydraulic clamping is opted, the fixed beam on LH side houses a short stroke hydraulic cylinder capable of generating the rated clamping force.
